Absolutely amazing experience. Jennifer decorated the table beautifully and also served our kids to make them feel apart of the experience. Chef Peter made a phenomenal dinner. So much food and great quality. He also made us a cake for my dad’s birthday which was the best cake I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend! Hope to book with them again in the future
We had Chef Peter come to our lake house for a private dinner on the final night of our big family trip (6 adults and 6 kids), and it was one of the highlights of the week! We did the tasting menu and every single dish was delicious, beautifully presented and thoughtfully put together. Chef Peter did a wonderful job, we loved how he introduced each course and shared a bit about what went into it. It made the night feel really special. The kids were very entertained and loved every second of it (same as the adults!) Highly recommend if you're looking to do something memorable with great food and great company!
Chef Peter put together a beautiful private dinner for our group of 15 to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mother in law! The food was PERFECTLY planned, prepared and presented, but the best part was being able to enjoy the meal as a “guest” in my own home! Peter and co. did all the heavy lifting and we all could sit back, relax and ENJOY! Will 100% hire Chef Peter again in the future!

They catered our Influence For Good retreat and conference at Lake Norman, and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, their professionalism and warmth made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. Chef Peter and his team were not only super organized, but they also had such attention to detail with every dish, ensuring that our diverse group of influencers and speakers felt right at home and were catered to with their various dietary needs. The food was absolutely delicious and always served right on time at 3 different properties for every meal from breakfast to lunch and dinner —talk about impressive! Our goodbye dinner was a culinary masterpiece! We started with a stunning Charcuterie Board featuring Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, and all sorts of local and imported cheeses. The Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers and house-made pickles were a delightful touch, and let’s not forget the fresh baked bread that paired perfectly with everything! For the salad, the organic greens tossed with pecans, feta cheese, and ripe strawberries drizzled with apple cider vinaigrette was refreshing and flavorful. And who could resist the lemon sorbet served with blueberries and a honey tuille? It was the perfect palate cleanser! Moving on to the main course, the roasted beef tenderloin and all-natural chicken breast were cooked to perfection, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes, roasted acorn squash with maple syrup, and broccolini with demi-glace—absolute heaven on a plate! And to top it all off, the dessert was a dreamy creation of layers of Chantilly cream and fresh berries, complemented by a crispy hazelnut pirouette. Hey, Lake Norman and Mooresville/Charlotte residents, you need to read this if you are planning a private dinner party catered by a chef. In late March 2026, I organized a dinner for 9 for our family at Lake Norman catered by Chef Peter and his assistant Jennifer. I give them 10 stars out of 5 because every aspect of our 6 course meal was exquisite - from food quality to service. Professional and personable at every stage. We didn’t have to do anything except stay in our seats and enjoy two people delivering an excellent fine dining experience. They arrived at the agreed time and immediately went to work while we enjoyed cocktails on the deck. Jennifer prepared the table, decorations with candles, all place settings, silverware, dishes, napkins, etc.. using their wares. Chef Peter concentrated on the food finishing and plating. In about 45 minutes we were seated, water and wine were poured, and the show began with pleasant OOHs and AAHs at the table settings. Chef Peter introduced each course, the first course accompanied by his still warm homemade sourdough bread and gluten free bread, both big hits. The six courses of the surf and turf menu proceeded smoothly from there. After each course, Jennifer washed and dried plates and silver for the next course. In the end, they left the dining and kitchen areas clean along with very grateful happy family members. We had a great time, and we highly recommend this duo for your next dinner. Make sure you ask Chef Peter whether Jennifer is still there. In my view, her role was equally important to his for overall satisfaction, and she would be difficult to replace.
Chef Peter and his assistant Stephanie were amazing 💕…we hosted a dinner party for our friends Birthday, it started with the surprise at the door, to the food, to the table decor, to the presentation of each dish, to the delightful personalities of both Peter and Stephanie… the food was AMAZING and the attention to detail and service was beyond my expectations 🥳… it was an extremely special night of celebrating and all of the guests could not have had a nicer time…Thank you Chef Peter and Stephanie for a very memorable evening 🥰
Peter and Jennifer catered a private event for our leadership retreat and were absolutely amazing. The food was beautiful, fresh, and incredibly flavorful, from the stunning charcuterie spread to the perfectly prepared courses that followed. Everything felt elevated and thoughtfully done. Beyond the food, they were professional, warm, and a joy to work with. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable. Chef Peter catered one night of my bachelorette, our Mamma Mia night! He curated the most incredible Greek menu including a fresh heirloom tomato salad, the best beef kabob with an eggplant sauce that I can not describe with words, and THE lemon olive oil cake. Him and Stephanie were extremely attentive, clean, and engaging they truly made our night💙
